EXPERIENCE
David specializes in industrial sales and leasing, where his breadth of experience spans more than 15 years. His responsibilities include marketing properties for owners as well as providing tenant representation. Over the last two years, David has assisted in leasing and sales transactions involving over two million square feet.
Prior to joining CTMT David held the position of Senior Associate, Industrial Properties with CB Richard Ellis - Columbus. His experience also includes 18 years in the banking industry, where he attained the title of Vice President with National City Bank and then Huntington National Bank.
